二层平面布置图

1.将北卧室墙体往西移动，做整面的衣柜，提高私人空间的舒适度。

2.将楼面现浇作为主卧，去除冗余的过道，将过道空间一分为二作为两个房间的衣柜。

3.更改北面卧室的房门，退出一个台盆的宽度，让楼梯间更开阔。

4.考虑到二楼三个卧室却只有一个卫生间，将唯一的卫生间做了干湿分离的处理，在此基础上做了双台盆。

5.借用干湿分离卫生间的过道，利用本身鸡肋的赠送阳台，将阳台改造成一个兼具休闲和储藏的多功能放假。

2.北面墙面做整面的深柜来储藏日常杂物。

3.拆除楼梯间多余墙体，增加整个地下室的通透感。

4.借用楼梯下鸡肋空间作为一部分杂物的储藏。

 Lobby and water bar area

门厅及水吧区

将南院作为入户主通道，右手设计了玄关区域，结合开放格和抽屉的设计，方便进门时的储物及换鞋挂衣等，增设换鞋凳方便了生活。

将原本的餐厅区域增设为水吧台的空间，用于家人之间的互动交流。与亲友一同闲做，无论是品茶，品酒，又或是美食分享，都能在这个宽敞通透的空间里放松自在的进行。水吧区精致的吊灯灯光配合弧形洞口的造型让楼梯间也能产生不定的光影变化。

The South courtyard is used as the main entrance. The porch area is designed on the right hand. Combined with the open lattice and drawer design, it is convenient to store goods and change shoes and clothes when entering the door. The shoe changing stool is added to facilitate life.

The original restaurant area will be added as a space for the water bar for interaction between families. Whether it's tea tasting, wine tasting, or food sharing, you can relax in this spacious and transparent space. The exquisite chandelier lighting in the water bar area, combined with the shape of the arc-shaped opening, allows the stairwell to produce variable light and shadow changes.

The sittng room

客厅‍

一层的客厅更加侧重于家人放松的功能，将原始空间划分为，客餐厅，厨房，北玄关 外卫。重新规划后取消了玄关区，压缩了卫生间。将餐厅划分到北玄关区，外拓的客厅空间增加了空间的尺度，让南北空间产生了联系。

The living room on the first floor is more focused on the function of family relaxation, and the original space is divided into guest dining room, kitchen and North porch waiwei. After the re planning, the entrance area was cancelled and the toilet was compressed. The dining room is divided into the North porch area, and the living room space expanded outside increases the scale of the space, connecting the north and south.

客厅的家具选用简洁舒适，没有大件家具的阻隔，采光更加充足，灰色的沙发配上简洁的硬包和墙面，高级和温暖的感觉扑面而来，是家的气息。悬浮的电视柜结合书柜展示功能再配合灯光让光晕渲染了每个角落。吊顶采用大小弧度的曲线，打破单调的实体格局，注重空间更细腻的交互。

The furniture in the living room is simple and comfortable. There is no barrier of large furniture, and the lighting is more sufficient. The gray sofa is equipped with simple hard bags and walls, and the feeling of high-grade and warm is coming, which is the breath of home. The suspended TV cabinet combines the bookcase display function with the lighting to make the halo render every corner. The ceiling adopts curves of large and small radians to break the monotonous solid pattern and pay attention to the more delicate interaction of space.

Restaurant

餐厅

在方正的空间内放置了一个圆形餐桌，一方一圆将整个空间紧密的联合起来。客餐厅一体化的设计，穿透的视觉让整个空间通透明亮。主灯采用了布艺吊灯，搭配轻奢质感的岩板餐桌和皮质餐椅，一个舒适愉悦的就餐空间脱颖而出。

Place a round table in the square space, one circle will unite the whole space closely. The integrated design of the guest restaurant, the penetrating vision makes the whole space transparent and bright. The main lamp uses the cloth art chandelier, paired with the light luxury texture of the stone dining table and leather dining chair, a comfortable and pleasant dining space stands out.

The bedroom

主卧室

主卧合乎业主的作息方式，睡前读书的需求与愿望，在床边触手可及就可实现，并设计了几种灯光模式，一盏聚焦于书本的阅读模式，一条灯带的起夜模式，夜聊闲话的氛围模式，让生活能够真正的安定舒适。同时认真专注徜徉其中，有滋有味，自在自得。以柔和的灰色为起笔，主卧以小米公司官网木饰面背景延续展开，质朴的质感包裹住整个睡眠空间。灯笼形吊灯和床头的饰品都讲究点到为止，低饱和度的配色和材料的质感带来视觉和触觉的双重柔和，是不疾不徐的生活方式。

The master bedroom conforms to the owner's work and rest style, and the needs and wishes of reading before going to bed can be realized at your fingertips. Several lighting modes have been designed, including a reading mode focusing on books, a lighting mode with a light band, and an atmosphere mode of chatting at night, so that life can be truly stable and comfortable. At the same time, I am serious and attentive to wander among them, which is delicious and comfortable. With soft gray as the starting point, the master bedroom continues to unfold with a wood finish background, and the simple texture covers the whole sleeping space. Lantern shaped chandeliers and bedside ornaments pay attention to point to point. Low saturation color matching and texture of materials bring double softness of vision and touch, which is an unhurried lifestyle.

Tea tasting area

品茗区

地下室设计了会客室和品茗区动静互联，通过顶面和地面联系的灯带，配合自然的采光和入户的造景来营造地下室自然的氛围。

考虑到地下室本身的潮湿问题，所有的柜子和造型就采用了悬浮的设计。配合弧形的吊顶，整个空间层次分明，用克制的手法呈现出东方美学精神，清新而纯粹。

The basement is designed with a reception room and a tea tasting area interconnected. The natural atmosphere of the basement is created through a light belt connecting the top surface and the ground, in conjunction with natural lighting and indoor landscaping.

Considering the humidity of the basement itself, all cabinets and shapes are designed in a suspended manner. With the arc-shaped ceiling, the whole space is layered and presents the Oriental aesthetic spirit with restraint, which is fresh and pure.
